Deni ArDente sells digital products, including ebooks, audiobooks, audio experiences, digital media files, bonus materials, and downloadable content. No physical items are shipped.

How digital products are delivered

After a successful direct purchase, you will receive access to your digital product by email or through a secure delivery page. Depending on the product, delivery may be handled by:

• BookFunnel — for ebooks, audiobooks, and reader/listener delivery support;
• Lemon Squeezy — for payment confirmation, receipts, and access information;
• Deni ArDente — for selected bonus materials or private digital content.

Delivery time

Most digital products are delivered automatically shortly after payment is completed. In most cases, you should receive your access email within a few minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to payment review, email filtering, technical delays, or third-party processing.

Please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder if you do not see the delivery email.

BookFunnel delivery

Some ebooks and audiobooks are delivered through BookFunnel. BookFunnel may provide:

• a private download or listening link;
• help opening EPUB, PDF, or audiobook files;
• help transferring ebooks to supported devices or apps;
• technical support for reader and listener access.

Your BookFunnel delivery link may be personal to you and should not be shared publicly.

Lemon Squeezy checkout

Direct purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may handle payment processing, tax calculation, receipts, invoices, and related transaction services. Lemon Squeezy may appear as the seller, merchant, or payment processor during checkout or on your receipt.

If you do not receive your product

Contact us at contact@deniardente.com and include:

• the email address used for the purchase;
• the product title;
• the order number, if available;
• a short description of the issue.

Third-party retailer purchases

If you purchase through Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, Books2Read, or another third-party retailer, delivery is handled by that retailer. Please contact the retailer directly for download, access, refund, or account-related issues.
