These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of deniardente.com and any digital products purchased through this website.

1. Digital Purchases

Some digital products available through this website may be sold directly through Lemon Squeezy or another authorised payment provider.

Digital products may include ebooks, audiobooks, audio files, media packages, bonus materials, downloadable files, and private digital content.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

  • the product is delivered electronically;
  • no physical item will be shipped;
  • access may be provided by email, download link, private delivery page, or third-party delivery service;
  • Lemon Squeezy may process the payment, calculate applicable taxes, issue receipts, and handle transaction-related matters;
  • BookFunnel may be used to deliver ebooks, audiobooks, and related digital reading or listening files;
  • your access link may be personal and must not be publicly shared, resold, uploaded, or redistributed.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with Deni ArDente or the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own private use.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share, modify, or commercially exploit any digital product unless you have received written permission.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Purchases made through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, Books2Read, or other retailers are subject to the terms, delivery rules, and refund policies of those platforms.

4. Refunds and Delivery

Refunds and delivery issues are governed by our Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

5. Commercial Administration

Commercial administration of selected digital products may be handled by STETS-CONSULTING LIMITED under agreement with the author and brand owner. This does not transfer copyright ownership, authorship, or creative control of the Deni ArDente brand or works.
