Our products include ebooks, audiobooks, digital media files, bonus materials, and other downloadable or streamable digital content. Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been successfully delivered.

When a refund may be issued

We may issue a refund in the following cases:

• you were charged more than once for the same product;
• you purchased the wrong product by mistake and contacted us before downloading or accessing the files;
• the digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue;
• the file is defective or inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved;
• the purchase was unauthorised or fraudulent.

When a refund may not be available

A refund may not be available if:

• the product has already been downloaded, accessed, or streamed;
• the issue is related to device compatibility and can be resolved through delivery support;
• the request is made after a substantial delay without a technical or billing reason;
• the product was purchased through a third-party platform such as Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, or another retailer.

For purchases made through third-party platforms, please contact the platform directly. Their refund rules and procedures apply.

Digital delivery support

For ebooks and audiobooks delivered through BookFunnel, technical help may be provided directly by BookFunnel. This may include help with downloading, opening, transferring, or listening to digital files on supported devices.

Payment processor

Direct digital purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy. If your refund request relates to billing, payment, tax, or receipt issues, it may be handled through Lemon Squeezy according to their applicable policies.

How to request a refund

Contact us at contact@deniardente.com and include:

• your name;
• the email address used for the purchase;
• the product title;
• the order number, if available;
• a short description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
